Principia pinot noir 2022

Consistently superb Mornington pinot noir from the talented hands of Darrin Gaffy.
Excellent mid-weight style here, with red berry fruit and beautifully balanced acidity.

Something of a dark horse winery, few have heard of it, and although small, Principia packs a powerful punch. Don't go looking for the cellar door btw - there isn't one, just a big shed full of barrels and a ferocious Alsatian.
