Bellavista 'Gran Cuvée Alma' Brut chardonnay -pinot bianco NV

Fanciacorta is a sparkling wine region close to Lake Garda in the foothills of the Italian Alps. Closely modelled on Champagne when founded in the 1960s, it produces classy metodo classico wines based on chardonnay and pinot nero, with a touch of pinot bianco here and there.

Bellavista are a leading light in the DOCG, and this is their flagship non-vintage. It's relatively high dosage makes it a great match for fuller flavoured canapés and lighter entrées.
